Norwalk’s Median Home Value has risen from $402,925 in 2017 to $629,874 in 2025. We’ll also have a stronger infrastructure and enhanced financial strength, which really positions us to be the best that we can be on behalf of the people that we have the privilege of supporting in our communities," said Stephanie Madison, the president and CEO of MHAR.
